(31 March) the appointment of Erwin Fidelis Reisch and Tamás Erdős to the member of the Board of Directors. Erwin Fidelis Reisch owns no shares of ANY Security Printing Company Plc., while Tamás Erdős owns 1,000,001 shares of ANY Security Printing Company Plc. indirectly through Digital Forest LLC.
